About Us

Who are we?

The Indian Community Association is a vibrant and accessible community organisation, providing a wide range of services and opportunities for local people of all ages and backgrounds. After School Club activities, Cultural Awareness classes, support for older people, volunteering and training placements are just some of the services we provide.

What is our aim?

We aim to combat the challenges arising from deprivation and social exclusion in the local community through a range good quality social, healthy living, educational, and recreational programmes. In all we do, we strive to help break down barriers and reduce isolation. We believe that our strength lies in our diversity, meeting the needs of local people and supporting their aspirations. We also aim to promote understanding between all sections of the local community, offering a setting for multicultural, intergenerational and interfaith exchange.

The ICA hall is also used for private parties, dance classes, social and community gatherings. For bookings please contact us.
